Try this easy to make hearty muesli that all members of the family will enjoy. Loaded with nuts, seeds and oats to provide protein, carbs and fibre. Serve with milk, yoghurt and fruit for extra energy.
Makes 20 portions (53 g per portion)
2 cups of oats
200 g of nuts, mixed - finely chopped
100 grams of pumpkin seeds
100 grams of sunflower seeds
50 grams of seeds, chia seeds, dried
2 Tbsps flaxseed
100 grams of coconut, desiccated
100 grams of banana, raw - mashed
2 Tbsp of oil, coconut
50 mL of water
5 grams of spices, cinnamon, ground
